Job Summary
Within a team of six, you will assist R&D and industrial management controllers in various missions. You will participate in monthly closings and the preparation of monthly and weekly dashboards, using SAP, Excel, and Power BI daily. You will also contribute to the implementation of steering tools and propose areas for improvement. Your missions include tracking productivity indicators, weekly monitoring of industrial and commercial activity, monitoring stock write-offs and inventory discrepancies, supervising investments and their forecasts, performing ad-hoc analyses, and supporting the digitalization of management control activities.
Must Have
- Assist R&D and industrial management controllers.
- Participate in monthly closings and prepare monthly and weekly dashboards.
- Track productivity indicators.
- Monitor weekly industrial and commercial activity.
- Monitor stock write-offs and inventory discrepancies.
- Supervise investments and their forecasts.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses.
- Support the digitalization of management control activities.
- Knowledge of Pack Office (Excel at minimum).
- Analytical skills, autonomy, proactivity, and teamwork.
- Preparing for a BAC+4 in finance or management control.
- Seeking an internship of 4 to 6 months.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of Power BI (business intelligence tool).
- Knowledge of SAP.

CONTEXT:

YOUR MISSIONS ARE:
- Monitor productivity indicators;
- Ensure weekly monitoring of industrial and commercial activity;
- Monitor stock write-offs and inventory discrepancies;
- Supervise investments and their forecasts (forecast) in collaboration with operational teams;
- Perform ad-hoc analyses in support of management controllers;
- Provide support for the digitalization process of management control activities.

You have knowledge in:
