Main Responsibilities:
1. Achieve/exceed regional targets through rigorous and compliant product academic promotion.
2. Execute marketing strategies clarified by the marketing manager. Identify and collaborate with target HCPs in appropriate market segments to achieve promotion plans.
3. Fully understand key HCPs in the region and responsible area.
4. Establish and maintain contact with key HCPs, understand customer (medical) needs.
5. Meet and maintain company requirements for visit frequency, knowledge level, ability, behavior, and personal image.
6. Provide information to direct supervisors regarding the effectiveness of BMS promotional materials.
7. Develop and improve professional knowledge by participating in training, conferences, and self-study of medical literature.
8. Share knowledge and experience with team members.
Job Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, and related majors.

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
