Job Summary
The Secure Products Group (SPG) at Motorola Solutions is seeking a Java Software Engineer to join their team in Krakow, Poland. This role involves full ownership of the product's development lifecycle, focusing on encryption, key management, and authentication solutions for mission-critical communication systems. The engineer will work on a Java application managing encryption keys, collaborating with security experts to enhance system security for public service officers and citizens.
Must Have
- 2+ years of experience in Java software development.
- Solid understanding of client-server architecture.
- Logs based problem analysis skills.
- Working knowledge of REST API design.
- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
- Experience with Wildfly framework.
- Communicative English, both verbal and written.

Secure Products Group (SPG) focuses on the delivery of encryption, key management, and authentication solutions that protect the mission-critical communication of Motorola customers. Our goal is to maintain secure and encrypted communication channels in various fields, including law enforcement and emergency services, as well as intelligence agencies that value cybersecurity.
Job Description
Our team takes full ownership of the product's development, which is entirely designed, implemented, secured, tested and maintained at R&D center in Krakow. As a team member, you will be responsible for all phases of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle of a Java application that manages encryption keys that protect secure communication in Motorola systems.

Technologies:
Java, PostgreSQL, Python/Ansible, Windows/PowerShell, Red Hat Enterprise Linux/KVM, GIT/BitBucket, Jenkins, Copilot, Cursor.
