Motorola Solutions is seeking a Java Developer with 0-3 years of experience to join the Dimetra Network Management team in Krakow, Poland. The role involves developing solutions for network management, specifically focusing on call performance and fault monitoring for TETRA communication systems within a Scrum team. Department Overview

At Motorola Solutions, we create technologies our customers refer to as their lifeline. Dimetra is providing a mission critical TETRA-based communication system. Dimetra Network Management team is responsible for system performance monitoring, reporting performance and faults as well as provisioning. Our products are based on various technologies and are entirely developed and tested in our R&D center in Krakow.

Job Description

We are looking for a Java Developer who just graduated from the university or have up to 3 years of experience who would like to develop with us solutions for network management.

We are looking for passionate candidates to join one of our Scrum Teams. Together with us you will develop products that are responsible for call performance and fault monitoring, enabling Tetra communication systems.

Basic Requirements

• Java
• Familiarity with Java Concurrency
• Knowledge of Linux operating system and virtualization
• Knowledge of networking protocols and IP programming on Linux
• Ability to write JUnit tests
• English language skills
• ​Angular (20) is a bonus
