SoftwareOne and Crayon have joined forces as a global, AI-powered provider of software and cloud solutions. This role involves building and maintaining authentic customer relationships, acting as the primary contact for digital services, developing tailored strategies for customer retention and growth, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to resolve post-contract challenges, identifying new growth opportunities, and driving sales strategies with data-driven insights. The Junior Account Manager will also advocate for customer interests within SoftwareOne.

Must Have

The role

Junior Account Manager (gn) Digital Sales

Full-time | permanent | Leipzig | immediate start

  • Relationship building and maintenance: You build authentic relationships with our customers and ensure they feel well looked after. You understand their needs and help them achieve their goals.
  • Contact person for digital services: You are the first point of contact for questions about our digital solutions and ensure that our customers' wishes are implemented quickly and reliably.
  • Strategic work: You develop clever, tailor-made strategies for your customers, ensuring their long-term retention and growth.
  • Solution-oriented action: In case of challenges after contract conclusion, you work with interdisciplinary teams to find solutions and quickly resolve problems.
  • Recognizing and fostering growth: You have a good sense for potential and constantly find new opportunities to grow with your customers.
  • Data-driven work: With the right insights and market knowledge, you drive your sales strategy and launch targeted campaigns that truly work.
  • Customer support: You represent the interests of your customers within SoftwareOne and contribute to continuing their success story.

What we need to see from you

Knowledge and Skills

  • Sales experience: You have experience in B2B sales, ideally in an IT environment.
  • Communication strength: You are a communication talent and convince with your clear expression and negotiation skills.
  • Technology affinity: You have an interest in technology and digital solutions and are not afraid to ask questions and learn new things.
  • Team spirit and willingness to learn: You enjoy working in a team, are open to new challenges, and strive to develop yourself further.
  • Language skills: You can express yourself fluently in German and at least well in English – both written and orally.
