Label management/Loftware - Tech Lead

As a Tech Lead in Label Management/Loftware at Capgemini Engineering, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of label management solutions, ensuring compliance with global labeling standards. This role involves defining architecture, integration strategies, and best practices for label printing systems. You will oversee end-to-end solution delivery, provide technical leadership, and troubleshoot complex issues. Candidates should have 10+ years of experience with strong expertise in Loftware, including configuration, integration with ERP systems (SAP preferred), and a deep understanding of label design, print automation, and regulatory requirements.

Must Have

• Lead design, development, and implementation of label management solutions using Loftware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure global labeling standards compliance.
• Define architecture, integration strategies, and best practices for label printing and management systems.
• Oversee end-to-end solution delivery including configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Provide technical leadership, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive process optimization for labeling workflows.
• 10+ years of experience in label management solutions with strong expertise in Loftware.
• Hands-on experience in Loftware configuration, integration with ERP systems (SAP preferred), and global labeling compliance.
• Strong understanding of label design, print automation, and regulatory requirements across industries.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver scalable, high-performing solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
