We are offering you a unique opportunity to help shape that journey and the future technology landscape for Maersk.

- Provide guidance to product and platform teams to implement scalable, reliable, and secure platforms, as a composable architecture that stands the test of technology variability.
- Succeed with application modernisation and consolidation, and using value driven approaches to prioritize and motivate change in the application landscape on a global scale (within and across distributed sites)
- Drive pragmatic application landscape transformations using Cloud technologies (distributed internet-scale architectures for Microservices, APIs, Event Driven Architecture, Serverless architecture, Caching, etc.)
- Establish and maintain an excellent knowledge of the established and emerging software industry and vendors.
- Build a strong network of contacts in comparator companies.
- Assess the impact of potential merger and acquisitions on the target architecture, and how the combined technology estate can fulfill the business ambitions.
- Facilitate the creation of architecture roadmaps which are consistent across different product and platform teams.
- Create and promote an architectural mindset that enables the effective translation of strategy into delivery.
- Visualize and create high-level viewpoints reflecting as-is and to-be estate that can be used to extend and mature the portfolio’s strategic thinking and pace of change.
- Coach, mentor and collaborate with peers, platform architects and product owners to achieve successful outcomes.
- Participate in the impact and change plan that will see this through to implementation.
