Job Description

As an Admin and Production Controller for the Learning Management System (LMS), you will ensure correct employee setup, process training requests, and manage training activations. You will also be responsible for production controlling, including daily order volume loading and balancing product lines. This role involves supporting audits, documenting processes, and collaborating internationally to drive healthcare innovation and improve lives.

  • Fluent German language skills (spoken and written).
  • Good English language skills.
  • Strong service orientation, teamwork ability, and resilience.
  • Basic IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure the correct setup of new employees in the LMS, process training requests, and promptly activate trainings.
  • Regularly update profiles and create reports.
  • Support the Audit and Quality Team during audits.
  • Support process changes and advise users.
  • Careful documentation and archiving in your own Vault.
  • Collaboration with international colleagues, especially in the USA, and participation in Teams meetings.
  • Take over production controlling: loading the daily order volume and balancing product lines in close coordination with planning and supervisors.

Your Profile

  • Completed training in business administration, data processing, or a commercial field (e.g., industrial clerk, office management clerk) or comparable qualification.
  • At least two years of professional experience in production.
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, and good English language skills.
  • Strong service orientation, teamwork ability, and resilience.
  • Basic IT knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of TMS system, Order Manager, and SAP is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.
  • Fluent German and good English language skills are required.

For the following topics, you will be responsible

1. As an LMS (Learning Management System) Admin, you are responsible for maintaining the training system in compliance with all applicable processes. You ensure that new internal and external employees are correctly set up in the TMS, process all incoming requests for training assignments, and promptly activate trainings. In addition to updating profiles, you regularly create reports and assist the Audit and Quality Team during audits. If processes change, you, as an LMS Admin, advise users. Many tasks involve extensive documentation that must be archived in your own Vault.

2. As a Production Controller, you take over the loading of the daily order volume and the balancing of product lines within your area of responsibility in close consultation with planning and supervisors, as well as supporting changes and preventing late orders.

You are part of a small LMS-side team (2-3 people) that handles training for employees at the BBN site and for employees of Müller Lila Logistik in Althengstett. Since part of the extended team is located in the USA, occasional Teams meetings with colleagues there also take place. On-site, you belong to the Production Support department, which handles Return, Inventory Control Coordinator, and Production Controller activities.
