Licensing Representative (No Experience Welcome)
Job Summary
Job Description
This position involves licensing of published content, primarily handling media adaptations (anime, live-action, etc.) from comics. Responsibilities include managing secondary use applications, adjusting licensing terms, checking with internal stakeholders, overseeing secondary use supervision, managing contracts, checking and posting royalty reports, managing product samples, and other intellectual property-related tasks. Training will be provided by experienced senior employees, ensuring growth through practical experience and external training support. This role offers the opportunity to be deeply involved in the licensing of comics, leading to the satisfaction of seeing your work enjoyed by many, and the chance to connect with various people both inside and outside the company.
Must have:
- Basic skills in Office applications, including Outlook.
- Interest and passion for licensing business of published content.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience.
Good to have:
- Experience in coordinating and negotiating with internal and external parties.
- Practical experience in licensing operations.
- Experience in production or promotion work in anime production committees.
- Experience as a contact for secondary use in anime production committees.
- Experience in drafting or checking contracts or legal-related experience.
- Possession of legal expertise or qualifications.

業務内容
出版コンテンツのライセンスにかかわるお仕事です。
主にコミックスからのメディア化（アニメ化、実写化等）のにおけるライセンス業務を担当いただきます。
＜具体的な業務内容＞
・メディア化の二次利用申請の受付：許諾条件の調整、社内関係者への確認
・メディア化の二次利用監修の受付：社内関係者への確認
・契約管理：契約書の作成依頼、チェック、回覧、契約先との調整等
・ロイヤリティ管理：ロイヤリティレポートのチェック、計上
・商品サンプル管理：許諾先から届く商品サンプルのチェック及び編集部への受け渡し
・その他：知的財産の運用に関わる業務等
