Job Summary

This role involves monitoring and controlling various processes, elaborating and updating operational standards, and planning training initiatives. Key responsibilities include managing compliance verification, analyzing and resolving anomalies, and proposing process improvements. The analyst will also monitor action plans, manage patrimonial assets, and oversee inventory processes. Additional duties include issuing reports, managing systems and databases, supporting management with presentations, and mapping processes using methodologies like 5W2H. The position also covers planning and controlling investment expenses.

Must Have

  • 4 years of experience in similar activities
  • Intermediate knowledge of Office suite software

  • Knowledge of SA modules
  • Higher education in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Law or related fields, with professional council registration

Good to Have

  • Knowledge of SAP modules CO, MM, HR, and BW
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc)
  • Familiarity with 5W1H methodology
  • Knowledge of MIRO, Vision, and other process mapping software
  • Proficiency in Power BI and Spotfire for data treatment and reporting

Mandatory Requirements

Experience

  • 4 (four) years of experience in activities similar to the scope of services, subject to contract supervision approval.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Office suite software;
  • Logical and critical thinking;
  • Knowledge of SA modules.

Education

  • Level of Education: Higher education in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Law or other areas related to the specialty. With regular registration in the respective class council.

Desirable Requirements

  • Knowledge of SAP modules CO, MM and HR and BW;
  • Knowledge in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc);
  • Knowledge of 5W1H methodology;
  • Knowledge of MIRO, Vision and other software related to process mapping.
  • Knowledge in Power BI and Spotfire for information treatment and issuance of management reports.

Attributions

  • Monitor and control processes;
  • Elaborate and/or revise and/or keep existing standards updated;
  • Disseminate and Plan Training;
  • Plan, register and monitor the execution of VCP (verification of conformity of standards) in corporate systems;
  • Analyze, support and monitor the treatment of anomalies;
  • Perform critical analysis and propose process improvements;
  • Monitor the fulfillment of action plans in computerized systems, including analysis, control, diligence with those involved, treatment of pending issues and plans for backlog remediation, forwarding updated reports to management;
  • Manage Patrimonial Assets and control the inventory process of patrimonial assets (BP);
  • Issue, monitor, diligence and provide various information in the management of systems and databases, including the BI (Business Intelligence) tool;
  • Monitor and control pending issues, responsible parties and actions to reduce backlog;
  • Support management in presentations, document drafts, meetings, minutes, reports and routine management;
  • Record frequency in the Company's systems (SAF and SAP) and plan employee vacations (SPF);
  • Map processes, including: Execution methodology for each service; Mapping of activity flow, according to 5W2H methodology; Process design; Flowcharts; Descriptive texts; Identification of critical tasks; Draft standard for the management system;
  • Plan and control investment expenses (Capex) and the Annual Investment Budget (OAI);
  • Other similar activities of the same complexity and scope.
