Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager at GHX will lead the recruitment team, overseeing the entire hiring process from strategy design to implementation. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers and external vendors, identifying and resolving recruitment issues, and forecasting future hiring needs. The manager will also be responsible for enhancing GHX's employer brand and ensuring efficient talent sourcing through various channels, while managing manpower planning, budgeting, and reporting on recruitment performance.

  • Responsible for Manpower Planning, budgeting, and smooth interview, offer, joining process.
  • Ensure Recruitment Dashboard is shared weekly and supervise the recruiting team.
  • Generate reports on various recruiting statistics.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management.
  • 8+ years of experience, including 3 years in Team Handling.
  • Proficient in HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Ability to apply advanced strategies to source candidates.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team or individually, manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to lead and motivate the team.

General Summary:

Dual reporting to the Director HR, India and dotted line reporting to Director of Recruitment, GHX Global, the Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing the hiring team and handling the overall recruitment process. TA Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies, building a healthy relationship with internal stakeholders as well as external recruitment vendors, identifying all issues evolving during the hiring, and finding resolutions to the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of a complete recruitment life cycle for identifying the best talent from diverse sources.
  • Work very closely with hiring managers to ensure a proper understanding of the needs of the manager and the requirements and expectations of the job.
  • Establish and develop effective working relationships with business leaders India & Global.
  • Collaborate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Builds a quality relationship with internal customers and external recruitment agencies.
  • Explores the market best practices in recruitment and staffing and implements appropriate best practices in the organization.
  • Ensure recruitment processes reflect a broader hiring strategy to ensure closures within a given TAT.
  • Recommend ways to optimize and showcase the employer brand & design new and improved recruitment strategies.
  • Responsible for Employer branding by positioning the company as a great place to work to attract, engage, and hire the best candidates.
  • Sourcing the best talent through Internal Database, Job Portal, Head Hunting, References, Advertisements, Networking Sites, etc.
  • Responsible for Manpower Planning, budgeting, ensuring smooth interview, offer & joining process.
  • Ensure the Recruitment Dashboard is shared every week & supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
  • Generate reports on various recruiting statistics; time to fill, cost per hire, source of hires, etc.

Required Education, Certifications, and Experience

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management.
  • 8+ years of experience (3 years experience in Team Handling)
  • Proficient in HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ability to apply advanced strategies to source candidates.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required, manage and handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to lead and motivate the team.
