Manual QA Engineer (Android)

We are currently looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer to join our team.

What you will need for this:

• At least 3 years of Manual QA experience;
• Minimum of 1 year of Android application testing experience;
• Ability to use Android Studio (reading and analyzing logs);
• Experience with web debugging proxy applications (Charles);
• Good knowledge and understanding of testing methodologies and practices;
• Expertise in software requirements analysis;
• Ability to set tasks independently and effectively organize your own work;
• Result-oriented and attention to detail;
• Quick perception of new ideas and concepts;
• Ability to present ideas in a language convenient for business and user.

It would be great if you have:

• Ability and practical experience in hardware testing;
• Knowledge and practical experience in back-end testing (using Postman, Swagger, REST);
• Experience in mobile subscription testing;
• Experience working with and analyzing data from analytics systems;

Your future tasks:

• Testing mobile features related to hardware integration (fitness trackers, smart scales), including pairing logic and firmware update stability, verifying integration with analytics systems, and regression smoke testing;
• Testing synchronization of health data (steps, weight, heart rate) both from hardware and using Health Connect;
• Interacting with iOS, Backend, Hardware, and Firmware engineers, as well as implementing modern approaches for optimizing test design and bug analysis;
• Manual testing of Android applications;
• Creating and maintaining existing test documentation;
• Active participation in the development process.
