Job Summary:
We invite a highly creative and versatile Marketing Artist to be a part of our dynamic team. Your primary role will be to design captivating promotional materials that not only represent our games but also create a lasting impact on our audience. You are true visual story-teller and are able to thrive in a deadline centric environment while maintaining top-tier design quality is crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Game Development teams to comprehend promotional needs (writing creative briefs) and translate them into visually appealing assets.
- Develop Marketing Art brand guidelines for our titles.
- Design and produce engaging marketing materials, including banners, posters, social media graphics, and trailers.
- Work closely with outsourcers, creating and handing over briefs, doing work reviews and sign-offs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing assets.
- Optimize graphics for various platforms, ensuring clarity and high resolution.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure promotional materials align with game content and updates.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, ensuring our promotions are always fresh and relevant.
- Share insights and feedback with the team to continuously elevate our promotional strategies.
- Mentor budding artists in the team, guiding them towards excellence.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), as well as 3d packages (Blender, Maya)
- Motion graphics skills.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of promotional materials.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Familiarity with different social media platforms and their design requirements.
