Job Summary

This role involves working on new industrial vehicle projects, focusing on methods and harness assembly processes. The engineer will define and implement manufacturing processes based on design office specifications, manage documentation, select assembly methods and production means, write manufacturing ranges and assembly instructions, identify tooling needs, participate in prototype assembly, validate processes on the assembly line, and update documentation.

Must Have

  • At least 4 years of experience in methods, industrialization, process, site management, equipment definition, and tooling realization.
  • Proficiency in English.

Job Description

As part of new projects concerning the industrialization of industrial vehicles, you will handle activities related to methods, and the harness assembly process. You will define and implement the appropriate manufacturing process according to the nomenclatures issued by the design office, and you will carry out documentary processing.

  • From a study file, you will choose the equipment assembly method, the production means, you will write the manufacturing range, the assembly instructions and indicate the associated control points.
  • You will write operating ranges, technical notices and instruction sheets for production.
  • You will identify needs and write requests for tooling (assembly/handling/installations), packaging, preparation.
  • You will participate in the assembly of prototypes / pre-series, you will assist in manufacturing during the start-up phase.
  • You will validate the elaborated process (ranges, tools, work instructions, time, etc. ) during application on the assembly line, with eventual correction in the flow.
  • You will fill in the documentation and catalogs.

Qualifications

With an Industrial Engineering degree, you have at least 4 years of experience in methods, industrialization, process, site management and monitoring, equipment definition and tooling realization.

You are proficient in English.

Your technical expertise, combined with your rigour, your analytical skills and your interpersonal skills will allow you to successfully complete this project.
