Job Summary
Entrata is seeking an experienced Manager – Learning & Development to lead and scale learning, leadership, and culture initiatives in India. This people-manager role drives org-wide learning strategy, builds high-performing L&D teams, and partners with business and People leadership. The focus is on culture building, leadership capability development, organizational effectiveness, and long-term workforce readiness, requiring strong people leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in driving learning transformation in a product/technology organization.
Must Have
- Own and drive India L&D and organizational development strategy.
- Act as thought partner to senior leaders on culture, leadership, and talent.
- Lead org-wide initiatives for leadership development and culture transformation.
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of L&D / OD partners.
- Own LMS architecture, governance, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee design and delivery of leadership and manager development programs.
- Partner with People and Business Leaders to align learning with priorities.
- Lead and support change management initiatives.
- Drive a continuous learning and feedback culture.
- Ensure compliance-related learning is effective and tracked.
- Define success metrics for learning and OD initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8-12 years experience in L&D, OD, Talent, or related roles.
- Prior experience managing teams and leading org-wide initiatives.
- Experience in technology / software / product organizations.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, organizational behavior, and change management.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead through ambiguity.
Good to Have
- Master’s degree in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, HR, or Leadership.
- Certification in OD, change management, coaching, or instructional design.
- Experience managing enterprise LMS platforms.
- Experience with employee listening and survey tools.
- Strong data orientation to translate insights into executive narratives.

Entrata is seeking an experienced Manager – Learning & Development to lead and scale our learning, leadership, and culture initiatives in India. This is a people-manager role responsible for driving org-wide learning strategy, building high-performing L&D teams, and partnering closely with business and People leadership. This role goes beyond program execution — it focuses on culture building, leadership capability development, organizational effectiveness, and long-term workforce readiness. The ideal candidate brings strong people leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in driving learning transformation in a product/technology organization.
Strategic Leadership & Org-wide Impact
- Own and drive the India learning & organizational development strategy, aligned with global People and business priorities.
- Act as a thought partner to senior leaders on culture, leadership effectiveness, talent capability, and organizational health.
- Lead org-wide initiatives related to leadership development, manager capability, succession readiness, and culture transformation.
- Lead data, insights, and business context to influence decisions and shape long-term people strategies.
People & Team Management
- Build, lead, and mentor a team of L&D / OD partners in India.
- Set clear goals, success measures, and development plans for team members.
- Review work quality, provide coaching, and ensure strong execution across initiatives.
- Create a culture of ownership, learning, and high performance within the team.
Learning Architecture & Program Ownership
- Own the architecture, governance, and continuous improvement of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Ensure learning programs are scalable, measurable, and aligned to business outcomes.
- Oversee design and delivery of: Leadership & manager development programs, Functional and behavioral capability building, Organizational effectiveness interventions.
- Review and audit learning content to ensure relevance, quality, and impact.
Cross-functional & Stakeholder Partnership
- Partner with PBPs, Workforce Management, Talent, Total Rewards, and Business Leaders to align learning with workforce and performance priorities.
- Collaborate with site leadership and the Managing Director to support leadership capability and culture initiatives.
- Manage relationships with internal and external trainers, vendors, and facilitators.
Change Management & Culture Building
- Lead and support change management initiatives related to new processes, systems, and org structures.
- Drive a continuous learning and feedback culture across teams.
- Design and deploy employee listening mechanisms (surveys, focus groups) and convert insights into action.
Governance, Compliance & Metrics
- Ensure compliance-related learning is current, effective, and tracked.
- Define success metrics for learning and OD initiatives and present outcomes to leadership.
- Translate people data and insights into business language for executive consumption.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8–12 years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Talent, or related roles.
- Prior experience managing teams and leading org-wide initiatives.
