Are you someone who loves creating THE edit everyone talks about, comments like “what are they feeding this editor?” get you right in the feels, and always have a reference of how to match that audio beat into a crisp, satisfactory cut? If you’re all about creativity, collaborative content building, and exciting new ways to bring life to a message or event, we’d love to hear from you.

Bonus points if you’ve been or has worked with a Content Creator too, because we want to push the boundaries and make our channels as exciting as the best in the industry.

WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

• Help create a local Brazilian style of editing video content, from social channels to event coverages and communication.
• Edit always on content mixing different formats, like videos, motion, and static graphics.
• Work closely with our Social Media Manager to have full calendar awareness, and creatively contribute to the social media strategy for Brazil.
• Create motion designs for YouTube, events screens, TikTok, Instagram, and digital campaigns.
• Create static images and carousels for the Instagram account.
• Edit YouTube videos and create thumbnails on a daily basis as part of our content efforts for this channel.
• Partner up with the global Design team eventually, to be on board for every major event or brand campaign.
• Support the local event team in developing assets such as videos, banners, and templates.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE 💥

You'll need:

• A proven track of editing video content for mainly social media channels, campaigns or strategies.
• Proficiency in video editing tools suited for social media performance, like CapCut.
• Proven graphic design experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of social media communication, pace, trend adaptations and editing styles.
• The ability to juggle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and provide examples of how you’ve successfully managed priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with task management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with automation tools, including Manychat. If you haven’t used our platform, please sign up for the free trail and try it out.

• Availability for occasional business travel.
