Job Summary
Electronic Arts is seeking a highly motivated Master's-level intern specializing in Management Sciences with an interest in AI applications for a fixed-term internship in Global Operations. The intern will leverage AI tools to map, analyze, and interpret key touchpoints between operational functions to uncover inefficiencies, identify systemic risks, and optimize processes. This role requires analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and technological fluency, contributing to AI-enabled operational strategy and influencing high-level decision-making.
Must Have
- Utilize AI-driven analytics to examine workflows and data exchanges across three core operational functions.
- Conduct process reviews to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and high-impact interactions.
- Develop visual and narrative models that clarify interdependencies and operational dynamics.
- Highlight areas of operational risk and strategic opportunity, supported by data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate findings and propose actionable improvements.
- Currently enrolled in a master’s program in Management Sciences, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or a related field.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in AI technologies and their application in business or operational contexts.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, global environment with diverse stakeholders.
- Available for a full-time paid internship in the summer of 2026 based out of EA Redwood Shores.
- Enrolled in an accredited degree program in the summer of 2026, slated to graduate no earlier than December 2026.
- Legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the 12-week internship.
