Job Description
About the Position
The Operations team is critical to our trading. The team manages the processes that connect us to the outside world, and those that connect us internally. We aim to move assets, information, and ideas in ways that are accurate, controlled, and efficient. Operations is a collaborative, integrated group where the pace is quick and the best idea wins. As a member of the team, you’ll play a key part in an area focused on trade settlements, trade record and position management, or cost and cash management. Together, you’ll resolve issues that arise from our complex trading flows and ensure our processes are running smoothly.
If you’ve never considered a career in finance, you’re in good company as many of us had our introduction to finance. We are more interested in how you think and how you learn. You will engage with a wide range of financial products including equities, bonds, ETFs, futures, and swaps, even if you have no prior knowledge or experience. We are looking for someone bright and eager to learn starting from Day One.
