Part-Time Security & Compliance Specialist (remote Europe)

Revolgy is seeking a Part-Time Security & Compliance Specialist to ensure its cloud platform and migrated workloads meet financial services industry standards. This role involves maintaining security policies, conducting risk assessments, coordinating audits, and embedding security by design. The specialist will train migration teams on platform security capabilities to meet regulations like PCI-DSS and GDPR, acting as the guardian of the company's security posture.

Must Have

• Maintain and improve security policies and controls.
• Perform compliance validation and prepare for audits.
• Conduct risk assessments on new workloads and track mitigation actions.
• Provide security and compliance training.
• Interpret technical controls for Windows/Linux into compliance language.
• 5+ years in security or compliance roles.
• Experience with regulatory frameworks (PCI-DSS, GDPR, internal banking policies).
• Strong security assessment and risk management skills.
• Familiarity with AWS security and logging services.

You will be the guardian of our security posture, translating technical controls into compliance evidence. In this role, you will maintain security policies, conduct risk assessments on new workloads, and coordinate audits. You will work to embed security by design, training migration teams on how to correctly consume platform security capabilities to meet regulations like PCI-DSS and GDPR.

Location 🌍 Remote position open to candidates in the Europe.

Contract Type ✍️ This position is open for candidates interested in Business-to-Business (B2B) contract position in countries in Europe. Please note this is a contract role for approximately 3 years, part-time.
