Pipeline Developer/IT Support Technician

ZEILT productions, an Oscar-winning 3D animation studio in Luxembourg, is seeking a Pipeline Developer/IT Support Technician. This role involves developing and maintaining internal pipeline tools, organizing code, communicating with production teams, and providing daily pipeline and IT support to users. The ideal candidate will have a 3D technical background, potentially from outside animation, or technical experience within the animation field. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract position with potential for an internship, offering a challenging environment in a globally recognized company.

Must Have

• Develop, maintain, and improve internal pipeline tools
• Organize the codebase following good software development practices
• Communicate with production stakeholders to understand needs and integrate feedback
• Provide pipeline and technical support to users daily
• Maintain IT equipment and respond to IT support requests
• Good knowledge of Python
• Experience in IT equipment maintenance
• Concepts in system administration and user rights management

ZEILT productions is a production company created in 2007 by Laurent Witz, awarded an Oscar for Best Animated Short Film for "Mr Hublot". Located in Luxembourg, this company specializes in the production of 3D animation programs for cinema, television, internet, mobile telephony, and video games. Its ambition is to produce innovative, entertaining, and enriching programs, drawing on national and European know-how and creativity.

To create these projects, ZEILT studio is looking for a Pipeline Developer / IT Support Technician. You will be involved in both the development and maintenance of internal tools (pipeline) and IT support for users.

Profile sought

We are looking for a technical person:

• Either who does not necessarily come from the animation industry but has a 3D technical background and is eager to discover the field.
• Or having technical experience in the animation field.

Missions
