POLITICO is seeking a motivated graduate for a 6-month paid traineeship in business development and sales, based in Brussels, starting January 2026. This program offers comprehensive on-the-job learning within the POLITICO Pro sales team, focusing on expanding the business across Europe. It's an exciting opportunity to launch an international career in sales, business development, advertising, and the media industry, providing exposure to various aspects of POLITICO's operations.

Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Political Sciences, Communications, Business Administration, Commercial studies, Marketing or other related fields
• Sharp interest in business, sales and commercial analysis
• Curiosity and willingness to learn
• Communication & Presentation skills
• Interest in EU Affairs and politics
• High proficiency in English and at least one other EU language
• Self-starter initiative with agility and time management skills to balance between multiple projects

Through a comprehensive, on-the-job learning path, you will join and support the POLITICO Pro sales team in our Brussels headquarters and help expand our growing business in Europe in close collaboration with colleagues based in London, Paris and Berlin.
