Job Summary

The Production and Manufacturing Planner is responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly production planning, project management, and handling production abnormalities. This role involves extensive use of ERP systems for tracking the entire production process, monitoring processing efficiency, and maintaining continuous communication with various internal teams. Candidates should have a mechanical manufacturing background, at least two years of experience, and proficiency in ERP and Office software.

Must Have

  • Formulate and track daily/weekly/monthly production plans.
  • Manage and track project complete sets.
  • Handle and track production abnormalities (e.g., NCR).
  • Track, operate, and handle ERP system processes from work order to shipment.
  • Track and feedback processing man-hours and efficiency.
  • Maintain daily continuous communication with quality, workshop, purchasing, engineers, and warehouse teams.
  • Possess a mechanical manufacturing background.
  • Familiar with various machining equipment and mechanical cold/hot processing technology.
  • Have over 2 years of work experience.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or above, with CET-4 or higher English proficiency.
  • Familiar with ERP production module logic and operation.
  • Proficient in Office software.
  • Be proactive and possess a team spirit.

Qualifications Required:

  • Mechanical manufacturing background, heavy machinery production experience preferred.
  • Familiar with various machining equipment, understand mechanical cold and hot processing technology.
  • More than 2 years of work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or above, CET-4 (College English Test Band 4) or above.
  • Familiar with ERP production module logic and operation.
  • Proficient in Office software.
  • Proactive, team player.
