Job Responsibilities:

1. Formulate procurement plans according to company needs, while budgeting and controlling procurement costs.

2. Responsible for signing procurement contracts; if it is tender procurement, organize bidding work and evaluate and manage suppliers. Conduct spot checks and evaluations on supplier service prices and quality.

3. Effectively manage the planning and distribution of specific goods based on product price, promotion, product classification, and quality, minimizing circulation links and reducing inventory storage time to achieve inventory turnover targets. Handle waste and in-process materials to reduce costs.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree (full-time), mechanical engineering or related major, over 10 years of work experience.

2. Age under 45, familiar with ERP system.

3. 8 years or more of purchasing experience in machinery manufacturing or heavy industry, process technology experience preferred.
