Job Summary
We are seeking a Purchasing Specialist to join our team. This role involves assisting the mentor in establishing and implementing procurement systems, developing procurement and stocking plans, conducting competitive analysis of procurement costs, and negotiating with suppliers to reduce costs. The specialist will also support supplier development and management, execute procurement tasks, handle product acceptance and defective items, and reconcile accounts with suppliers. This position is open to fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree or above in STEM or Management, with 1-2 years of experience also being acceptable.
Must Have
- Assist mentor in establishing and implementing procurement systems, processes, and frameworks.
- Assist mentor in developing procurement and stocking plans.
- Assist mentor in competitive analysis of procurement costs.
- Assist mentor in negotiating with suppliers to reduce procurement costs.
- Assist mentor in supplier development and management.
- Assist mentor in executing procurement tasks, accepting purchased products, and handling defective items.
- Assist mentor in reconciling accounts with suppliers, following up on payments and invoices.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the mentor.
- Bachelor's degree or above in STEM or Management, fresh graduate (1-2 years of experience also acceptable).
- Down-to-earth, humble, and upright character.
- Strong learning, execution, communication, and teamwork abilities.
Job Description

3. Assist the mentor in conducting competitive analysis of procurement costs;
4. Assist the mentor in negotiating with suppliers to reduce procurement costs;
5. Assist the mentor in supplier development and management;
6. Assist the mentor in executing procurement work and accepting purchased products and handling defective items;
7. Assist the mentor and suppliers in reconciling accounts, following up on payments and invoice work;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by the mentor;
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in STEM or Management, fresh graduates (1 to 2 years of past graduates are also acceptable);
2. Down-to-earth, humble, and upright character;
3. Possess strong learning ability, execution ability, communication ability, and teamwork ability;
