Quality Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Quality Analyst with expertise in Manual and Automation Testing for Web and Mobile Applications. The role involves conducting tests, analyzing results, reporting observations, and potentially interacting with clients to understand product requirements. The ideal candidate should have experience in testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure application quality and performance. Experience in Game Testing is a strong advantage.

Must Have

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
• Perform manual testing and automate test cases using Selenium, Appium, or similar tools.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA, Bugzilla, or other defect-tracking tools.
• Conduct functional, regression, performance, security, and usability testing.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Execute and analyze test results, identifying root causes of issues.
• Contribute to test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility for web and mobile apps.
• Maintain comprehensive test documentation.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing for web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with manual testing techniques and test case creation for at least 2 years.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, TestNG.
• Experience in API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with defect-tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or TestRail.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have

• Experience in Game Testing (Mobile or PC).
• Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Experience in AR/VR or Unity game testing.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Basic knowledge of programming/scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript) for test automation.

• Support team on troubleshooting for complex scenarios, suggest and amend framework to handle challenges.
• Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What’s Required From You?

B.Sc. / B. E / B. Tech / M. E / M. Tech in Computer Science or Electronics and Communication / MCA / or relevant experience / 3 years of testing experience.

Technical and Professional Skills
