Must Have

  • Ensure product meets all design requirements (dimensional, visual, functional)
  • Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
  • Create and maintain quality control plans, procedures, and technical documents
  • Use statistical methods to analyze quality data and monitor process reliability
  • Lead root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Support and conduct basic manual inspection of parts and packaging
  • In-depth knowledge of QC/QA principles, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis
  • Proficiency in using measurement tools and data analysis software
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure product entering operations or inventory meets all design requirements by confirming dimensional characteristics, visual/cosmetic attributes, functional operation and supporting documentation review.
  • Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Compare measurement outputs against design requirements and determines pass/fail.
  • Create and maintain quality control plans, procedures, checklists, inspection reports and other technical documents.
  • Use statistical methods to analyze quality data, identify trends, and monitor process reliability.
  • Lead root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Support and conduct basic manual (surface plate and visual) inspection of parts and packaging.

Functional Knowledge

  • In-depth knowledge of QC/QA principles, tools, and methodologies (SPC, Root Cause Analysis).
  • Proficiency in using measurement tools, data analysis software, and relevant software.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication operations preferred.
