Job Summary

You are responsible for analyzing quality incidents, finding solutions to guarantee the quality of our electronic components, and improving customer satisfaction. You also ensure the quality validation of new products. This involves investigating incoming quality incidents, performing various measurements on new electronic samples from suppliers and TVH-produced electronic components, and verifying compliance with TVH quality standards. You will prepare reports, determine necessary actions, and support the purchasing department. You will also investigate customer complaints, advise on preventive measures, and act as the first point of contact for electronic component quality.

Must Have

  • Bachelor in electronics or equivalent experience
  • General computer skills and daily work with standard Office tools
  • Ability to read, check, and evaluate technical drawings and specifications
  • Ability to handle various measuring equipment to analyze and solve problems
  • Strong technical insight and ability to elaborate information concretely and clearly in a report
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (speaking and writing)

Job Description

Your role and responsibilities

You are responsible for analyzing quality incidents, finding solutions to guarantee the quality of our electronic components and thereby improving customer satisfaction. In addition, you ensure the quality validation of new products.

Specifically, this means that you investigate incoming quality incidents, perform various types of measurements on new electronic samples from suppliers and electronic components produced by TVH. You check the extent to which these delivered goods meet TVH's quality standards. Based on this, you draw up the necessary reports, determine what actions are needed and support the purchasing department in their decisions. Of course, accurate administrative follow-up is also part of this.

In the event of customer complaints, you investigate whether they are justified, taking into account the established principles. You report your findings back to the sales department.

You take preventive measures and advise on the necessary corrective actions to prevent errors or complaints from recurring. In this way, you actively contribute to improving quality and customer satisfaction.

In addition, you are the first point of contact for colleagues, both within your own team and in other departments, when it comes to the quality of electronic components. You ensure that our products always meet the correct quality standards.

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor's degree in electronics or equivalent experience.
  • You are looking for a full-time position.
  • You have general computer skills and work daily with standard Office tools.
