React.JS Developer with Micro front end architecture

Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a highly motivated React.js Developer with experience in Micro Frontend architecture to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications within the banking, financial services, and payments domain. A strong foundation in React.js and micro frontend patterns is essential for this role.
Must Have
- Develop and maintain responsive and user-friendly web applications using React.js.
- Design and implement micro frontend architecture to enable scalable and independently deployable UI modules.
- Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs and other data services.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure robust and high-performing applications.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and technologies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and frameworks related to React.js and micro frontend development.
- Proven experience in React.js development.
- Strong understanding of Micro Frontend architecture and implementation.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and related web technologies.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
- Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn.
- Understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and data integration.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Agile development methodology experience.
Good to Have
- Experience in banking, financial services, payments, or related domain.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and compliance standards in financial applications.
- Familiarity with containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to other front-end frameworks or micro frontend frameworks (e.g., Module Federation, Single-SPA).

Our challenge
We are seeking a highly motivated React.js Developer with experience in Micro Frontend architecture to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications within the banking, financial services, and payments domain. Prior domain experience is a plus but not mandatory; a strong foundation in React.js and micro frontend patterns is essential.
Additional Information*
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Dallas, TX is $105k - $115k/year & benefits (see below).
