This position is open to global universities, selecting high potential talents, cultivating real estate professionals with strategic thinking and comprehensive skills.
Responsibility
- Conduct macro research and analysis, from a country-level perspective to micro-level city planning, gathering multi-dimensional valid information. Provide both qualitative and quantitative analysis on factors such as policy trends, location advantages, industry development, talent pool, competitor analysis, and regional planning.
- Continuously track the macro geopolitical and economic environment, competitors' latest actions, supply and demand in the real estate market, and gather professional insights through interviews. Combine this external information with key departmental projects to provide relevant studies and inputs.
- Collect and analyze both internal and external data, structure high-frequency usage data, and improve the overall efficiency of research and analysis.
- Drive the standardization of company real estate practices by conducting both quantitative and qualitative research, and by gathering input from multiple internal parties.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree.
- Quick to learn with strong logical thinking, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with the capacity to influence and motivate others.
- Self-motivated, resilient, curious about new things, and able to make sound judgments in complex situations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred majors include Economics, Data Analysis, Social Sciences, or related fields.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description Intern (hourly)The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $35- $40. We cover 100% premium coverage for Full-Time intern medical insurance after 90 days from the date of hire. Medical coverage only, no dental or vision coverage.
Our time off and leave plans are: Paid holidays and paid sick leave. The sick leave entitlement is based on the time you join.
