The Resource Manager at Untold Studios is a pivotal role within the Operations team, connecting artists, producers, and creative teams. The Role

Our Resource manager plays a pivotal role in helping get great work made at Untold Studios. You work as part of the Operations team, and play a key role connecting our artists, producers and creative teams. Communication is vital in this role and you are committed to building strong relationships, ensuring that we create the best creative teams at Untold Studios. By being proactive, forward thinking and having excellent attention to detail to help ensure Untold studios delivers effective scheduling and resourcing of projects.

Reporting to the Head of Operations and working closely with the Executive Director of Operations, Head of Operations and Head of VFX, you will learn and absorb the key skills required to grow and manage an artist team while also crewing a creative studio.

We are committed to supporting your ongoing development. A manager role will provide you with key skills needed for both operational and production roles in the future. We will work closely with you to establish a personal progression plan. You are never on your own.

As a Resource Manager at Untold Studios your responsibilities include:

  • The day to day maintenance of CETA; ensuring that bookings, costing, artist profiles and absence are live and up to date.
  • Resourcing artists for projects.
  • Developing strong relationships with artists, producers and creative teams at Untold Studios.
  • Resolve resourcing conflicts alongside and for production.
  • Accurately resourcing and costing of artists time.
  • Forecasting freelance spend within the studio.
  • Tracking expected license usage.
  • Managing holiday and TOIL of artist teams.
  • Building Untold Studios freelance network.
  • Working effectively as a part of a team.
  • The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage your workload as required
  • Exploring opportunities to further your skills
  • Be an ambassador for Untold Studios, through every interaction with artists and perspective artists
