We are located in central Jönköping with a beautiful view of Munksjön and are a close-knit team that values collaboration, knowledge sharing, and an inclusive work environment. With us, you get both security and freedom to develop.
About the group and the role
You will be part of the Road & Construction South department, which consists of approximately 40 employees. The group in Jönköping currently has eight people, with the ambition to grow to ten people by 2026. We operate throughout southern Sweden – from Karlstad to Malmö – which provides opportunities for varied and geographically dispersed projects.
We are looking for you who have at least five years of experience in road design, preferably with assignments for Trafikverket. You have good technical competence, are used to taking responsibility, and thrive in a role where you can act as a mentor and technical lead.
If you have the interest and aptitude, there is an opportunity to combine the role with assignment responsibility or project design management. You will have the opportunity to influence technical solutions, contribute to strategic decisions, and be a key person in our larger assignments.
For modeling and reporting, we primarily work with the tools Civil 3D and Novapoint. If you have experience with one, we will teach you the other – we believe in development and learning.

- University or civil engineering degree, preferably with a focus on road and water construction.
- At least five years of experience in road design.
- Experience with design for Trafikverket is meritorious.
- You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- You are outgoing, collaborative, and have a strong drive to learn and develop.
Application
Selection is ongoing, so submit your application as soon as possible – but no later than January 31, 2026.
