SAP FI Consultant

This role is for an SAP FI Consultant at T-Systems ICT India Pvt. Ltd., responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the SAP Finance FI module. Key duties include leading internal and offshore consultant teams, gathering requirements, validating specifications, and building test cases. The consultant will also handle configuration of GL, AR, AP, Bank setup, New Asset Accounting, and EBS, along with integrating FI with MM, SD, P2P, and OTC modules, and designing/testing interfaces. Hands-on experience with Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Allocations is essential.

Must Have

• Oversee SAP FI module implementation, configuration, and maintenance
• Act as SAP FI subject matter expert
• Lead teams on financial accounting processes within SAP
• Lead internal and offshore SAP FI consultant teams
• Coordinate requirements gathering
• Validate functional and technical specifications
• Build test cases with key users
• Configure General Ledger (GL) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Configure Accounts Payable (AP), Bank setup, and New Asset Accounting (FI AA)
• Configure and implement Electronic Bank Statements (EBS)
• Integrate FI with MM and SD modules
• Design and test interfaces
• Integrate SAP FICO with Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (OTC)
• Hands-on experience with Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Allocations

Job Description

• Responsible for overseeing the implementation configuration and maintenance of the SAP Finance FI module within an organization acting as a subject matter expert and leading teams on all aspects of financial accounting processes within the SAP system
• Leading a team of internal and offshore SAP FI consultants
• Co ordinate requirements gathering and validate Functional Technical Specifications and build Test Cases with Key Users
• Good experience in configuration of General ledger GL accounts receivable AR
• Good experience in Configuration of Accounts payable AP Bank set up and New Asset Accounting FI AA
• Good experience in configuration implementation of Electronic bank statements EBS
• Integration with MM and SD
• Integration of FI with MM and SD modules
• Interfaces design and testing
• Integration of SAP FICO with Procure to Pay P2P Order to Cash OTC
• Hands on Experience with Cost Center Accounting Profit Center Accounting Internal Orders and Allocations
