The Senior Accountant will ensure accurate and timely submission of all tax reports (VAT, FCT, PIT, CIT), handle e-invoices, tax payments, and support tax audits and planning. They will also manage fixed assets, support monthly closing tasks, maintain accounting processes, oversee banking activities, prepare statutory reports, and coordinate with auditors.
Must Have:
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of all tax reports (VAT, FCT, PIT, CIT); handle e-invoices, tax payments, and support tax audits and planning.
- Manage fixed assets: monthly updates, depreciation, liquidation, and annual inventory.
- Support monthly closing tasks including non-cash provisions, account listings, and reporting submissions.
- Maintain and improve accounting processes; provide training to local teams when needed.
- Oversee company banking activities, including e-banking, credit card transactions, and daily exchange rate updates.
- Prepare statutory reports (investment, statistics) and support internal legal documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors and perform ad-hoc accounting tasks as assigned.
