Location: Franklin, TN—on-site, relocation assistance available, flexible schedules available

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000/year\* + profit sharing + benefits

\* Range depends on skill level and overall experience.

The company's Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You’d Do in This Role:

In this role, you'll serve and support our teams with world-class administrative support that accelerates productivity and supports operational efficiencies.

You’re Probably a Match If:

• You have 3+ years of experience in an administrative role.
• You have experience coordinating complex schedules.
• You are proficient in Outlook calendar.
• You have strong written and verbal communication
• You're a critical thinker with the ability to make sound decisions in ambiguity.
• You're hungry to grow personally and professionally.
• You have advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to handle people and issues with confidence, maturity, and integrity.
• You're passionate about the mission of the company and have experience with our products.

• Manage multiple busy calendars
• Push projects and priorities forward
• Provide support to leaders in key meetings
