Job Summary

As an Analog IC Design Staff Engineer with Marvell, you’ll be a member of the Central Engineering business group, providing IP to be used by all other business units. You will work on analog design for high-speed and high-performance SerDes development in advanced technology nodes (5nm, 3nm, 2nm and beyond), participate in SerDes Architecture Development, provide instructions to layout engineers, and work with AE for IP characterization and validation.

Must Have

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS technologies
  • Experience designing mixed signal circuits (ADCs, DACs, RX, TX, PLLs, Filters, Bandgap bias circuits, regulators, other analog circuits)
  • Knowledge and experience in low power and high-speed design techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of IC design CAD tools (Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Verilog)
  • Lab testing skills for prototype unit evaluation

As an Analog IC Design Staff Engineer with Marvell, you’ll be a member of the Central Engineering business group. What You Can Expect

The candidate will be working on analog design for high-speed and high performance SerDes development in advanced technology nodes, 5nm, 3nm, 2nm and beyond. Participate in SerDes Architecture Development with DSP, Analog and Digital design teams. Provide the instructions to the layout engineers. Working with the AE for the IP characterization and validation.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor or Master’s degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering

  • Strong knowledge on the deep sub-micron CMOS technologies.
  • Experience in designing mixed signal circuits including ADCs, DACs, RX, TX, PLLs, Filters, Bandgap bias circuits, regulators, and other analog circuits.
  • Knowledge and Experience on low power and high-speed design techniques.
  • Excellent problem solving, and analytical skills are essential.
  • Strong knowledge on IC design CAD tools such as Spectre, Spice, Matlab, Verilog, etc.
  • Lab testing skills to evaluate the prototype unit to the design specification.
