We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design and implementation of scalable infrastructure and automated deployment pipelines. This role emphasizes expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, and Harness, with a strong focus on cloud-native automation and reliability engineering. Key responsibilities include architecting and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, developing and managing IaC with Terraform, automating provisioning across cloud environments, collaborating with development teams, implementing monitoring, optimizing build processes, and driving continuous improvement.

Must Have

• Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Harness, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar tools.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes across cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate DevOps practices into the software lifecycle.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Optimize build and release processes to reduce deployment time and improve system uptime.
• Maintain documentation for infrastructure, automation scripts, and operational procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement in automation, scalability, and security across environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, Python, and CI/CD tools (especially Harness).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.
• Solid understanding of automation, configuration management, and version control systems (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with GitOps workflows and policy-as-code tools (e.g., OPA).
• Exposure to security automation and DevSecOps practices.
• Certifications in cloud platforms or DevOps tools.
