As we continue to grow, we are now building a brand-new game development team in Bangalore where we will be driving the future of our portfolio here in India. As part of this growth we are looking for a Senior Game Programmer to join us in our Bangalore office, working onsite 5 days per week.

Working as part of a talented team, you will be working directly with the VP of Bangalore studio and helping to build a market leading development team in India. We aim to lead and create hugely successful, global franchises, driven and created here in Bangalore.

As a Senior Game Programmer, you will be responsible for driving the coding on the game including driving gameplay, coding standards, optimisation and properly integrating all our SDKs and systems to ensure the best overall gaming experience for our players as well as the best monetisation strategy for each game. You will report directly to the VP Bangalore Studio and will work with the producer, product analyst and manage the other game programmers on the team. Working with the Art leads and game designer, you will be instrumental in creating our next hit game. Responsibilities

• Designing and writing high quality and reliable code for our games.
• Using C# and Unity as the main technologies in your day to day work.
• Solving any challenges that might appear on the way.
• Iterating the code to make the gaming experience the best it can be.
• Driving the game forward.
• Driving gameplay and ideas to better the game
• Rapid development and working with QA to deliver quality quickly.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in game development with C#.
• Extensive experience with Unity primarily on mobile platforms.
• Excellent communication skills.
• An avid interest in either console or mobile games, preferably both.
• Ability to derive tasks from a design document as well as analyse and.
• Attention to detail.
• Self motivated.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Experience with source control such as SVN, Git or Perforce
• 3D and 2D gameplay experience.
• Rapid prototyping experience would be a plus.
• Experience on shipped, successful F2P games
• Android build pipeline experience would be a plus.
• Experience integrating 3rd party APIs would be a plus.
