Must Have
- Create high-quality 2D assets for marketing, in-game visuals, user acquisition, branding, and ensuring designs are optimized for both digital and print formats.
- Combine technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail to adapt to diverse styles and meet various project needs.
- Incorporate feedback from internal teams, leads, and licensors; quickly adapt to input from stakeholders across departments to meet creative expectations.
- Actively participate in meetings and contribute fresh ideas that shape the direction, tone, and narrative of 2D content.
- Follow IP and licensing guidelines while ensuring cohesive branding and visual consistency across all campaigns and platforms.
- Organize design files efficiently, deliver final assets in required formats, and support performance monitoring to optimize marketing visuals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and tools; proactively suggest creative solutions to enhance the impact and quality of visual materials.
