Job Summary

As a Senior Lead Generator at Red Apple Technologies, you will play a critical role in building and sustaining the sales pipeline by consistently generating high-quality, relevant, and qualified business enquiries aligned with our core service offerings. You will convert 100% of qualified enquiries into scheduled meetings, working closely with the Sales Head. This is a location-based role in Kolkata/Delhi with no travel requirement, offering stability, ownership, and clearly defined monthly performance expectations.

Must Have

  • Generate a minimum of 30 qualified and relevant enquiries per month.
  • Target prospects globally or within assigned territories.
  • Ensure all enquiries originate from decision-makers or relevant business stakeholders.
  • Convert 100% of qualified enquiries into scheduled meetings.
  • Share preliminary requirement details and context with the Sales team.
  • Ensure all leads are aligned with Red Apple Technologies’ current service offerings.
  • Maintain a structured daily outreach plan.
  • Execute outreach activities consistently to support monthly enquiry targets.
  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, business development, or B2B services sales support.

What’s the Role?

As a Senior Lead Generator, you will play a critical role in building and sustaining Red Apple Technologies’sales pipeline by consistently generating high-quality, relevant and qualified business enquiries aligned with our core service offerings.

This role is designed for an experienced professional who understands B2B technology services, lead qualification standards, structured outreach and consultative engagement. You will work closely with the Sales Head to ensure that all qualified enquiries are converted into scheduled meetings and handed over with clarity and context.

This is a location-based role (Kolkata/Delhi) with no travel requirement, offering stability, ownership and clearly defined monthly performance expectations.

What Will be Your Responsibilities?

  • Generate a minimum of 30 qualified and relevant enquiries per month strictly within Red Apple Technologies’ approved service scope.
  • Target prospects globally or within assigned territories, as defined by the Sales Head.
  • Ensure all enquiries originate from decision-makers or relevant business stakeholders.
  • Convert 100% of qualified enquiries into scheduled meetings, including:
  • Web meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, etc.)
  • In-person meetings where applicable based on location.
  • Share preliminary requirement details and context with the Sales team prior to meetings to ensure productive discussions.
  • Ensure all leads are aligned with Red Apple Technologies’ current service offerings, including:
  • Art & Animation Services
  • Game Development Services
  • Mobile Application Development
  • Web Application Development
  • AR / VR Projects
  • iGaming Services
  • IoT Solutions
  • Blockchain Services
  • AI / ML Services
  • Resource requirements related to the above services
  • Identify and segregate out-of-scope enquiries; such leads may be routed through partners but will not count toward monthly targets.
  • Maintain a structured daily outreach plan in coordination with the Sales Head, covering:
  • Target industries and geographies
  • Prospect lists and outreach channels
  • Daily outreach activities and follow-ups
  • Execute outreach activities consistently to support monthly enquiry targ

What’s Required From You?

  • Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation, sales development, business development, or B2B services sales support.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, service-based selling, and lead qualification frameworks.
  • Proven ability to engage with decision-makers and senior stakeholders in a professional and consultative manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Experience using CRM tools or structured lead tracking systems.
  • High level of planning, consistency, and ownership toward monthly targets.
  • Ability to work closely with sales leadership and operate in a performance-driven, metric-led environment.
  • Exposure to technology services such as SaaS, AI, AR/VR, web/app development, or digital platforms is a strong advantage.
