As a Senior Motion Graphics Artist, you will blend creativity, storytelling, and technical mastery to craft stunning visual experiences. You will lead animation and motion projects from concept to completion, collaborating with designers, editors, and producers to create visually impactful content for digital, broadcast, and marketing media. You will also oversee post-production workflows, mentor junior designers, and manage project timelines.

Must Have

• Lead the design and animation of high-quality motion graphics, 2D/3D assets, and visual effects.
• Translate creative briefs into compelling motion sequences that enhance storytelling.
• Oversee post-production workflows including editing, color grading, sound syncing, and compositing.
• Mentor junior designers and maintain creative consistency across projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
• Manage timelines and ensure projects are delivered with precision and polish.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in motion graphics, visual design, or animation.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Strong sense of animation timing, visual rhythm, and storytelling.
• Experience in leading creative projects and mentoring junior artists.
• Excellent understanding of color, typography, and composition.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
