Job Description

Fliff seeks a Senior Product Manager to lead Player Account Management (PAM) system initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and executing the long-term PAM system strategy, creating and maintaining a product roadmap, driving feature development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, ensuring compliance and security, and improving user experience. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in iGaming PAM systems and a proven track record of launching and managing player-facing products. Strong analytical skills, understanding of player acquisition/retention, and familiarity with agile methodologies are essential.
Must have:

Fliff unpacks sports gaming into social, free-to-play games for all types of sports fans. We've built a social sports gaming experience that allows users to compete for leaderboard positioning, to achieve badges and build their status within the game.

We are pioneering play-for-fun sports gaming, with our flagship social sportsbook experience that includes sweepstakes promotions and loyalty rewards. We provide sports fans with fun, engaging, and free-to-play alternatives to real money gaming.

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Product Manager to lead our Player Account Management (PAM) system initiatives in the fast-paced iGaming industry. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge in PAM systems and a passion for creating exceptional player experiences.

Product Strategy and Roadmap:
Develop and execute the long-term vision and strategy for our PAM system, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry trends.
Lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive product roadmap, prioritizing features that enhance player engagement and retention.

Feature Development:
Drive the ideation, evaluation, and prioritization of new PAM features, balancing player needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed product specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the development process.

Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end-users.
Provide regular updates to leadership on product performance, market trends, and competitive analysis.

Compliance and Security:
Ensure the PAM system adheres to all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Collaborate with technical teams to implement robust fraud detection and prevention measures.

User Experience:
Work closely with system operators and administrators to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the PAM system's usability.


Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in the iGaming industry, with a strong focus on PAM systems.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing player-facing products in online gaming.
Deep understanding of player acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies in iGaming.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable product improvements.


Preferred Skills

Experience with agile development methodologies.
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
Understanding of payment processing and fraud prevention in online gaming.
Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques.
