Senior Project Manager

N-iX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their Delivery team. This role involves managing multiple projects or a project portfolio, initiating new projects, and conducting discovery phases. The manager will ensure excellent delivery, adherence to best practices, and process improvements. Key responsibilities also include account management, building client relationships, resource planning, staffing, and team development. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in IT management and 3+ years as a Project Manager in IT services, with a strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban.

Must Have

• Manage multiple projects (or project portfolio with various teams)
• Start new projects, run discovery phases
• Ensure excellence of delivery (SDLC and Delivery indicators)
• Ensure teams following best practices on the project, ensure smooth processes, and executing process improvements
• Account management (building and maintenance of relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities with existing clients, etc.)
• Establish communication channels with the Client's representatives, and ensure delivery goals are reached
• Perform all resource management activities
• Resource planning and staffing
• Motivate and develop a project/account teams, manage team’s performance appraisals, salary reviews, development plans, etc.
• 5+ years proven experience in IT management
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT service business
• Proven experience in project/account start and establishing of all necessary processes on the project/account from scratch
• Leadership approach, ownership mentality
• Experience in managing at least 15 subordinates on multiple projects
• Deep understanding of Scrum
• Deep understanding of Kanban
• Upper-intermediate English written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Readiness for business trips abroad

Requirements:
