Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager at SciPlay, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with expectations. This role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, tracking project performance, managing risks, and removing impediments to ensure timely delivery. You will foster a collaborative environment, report on team metrics, and serve as a liaison between teams and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and project visibility.

Must Have

• Coordinate with cross-function teams, ensuring project goals are aligned with the expectations.
• Develop team rapport and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of goals.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, providing solutions and escalating when necessary.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Remove obstacles and impediments that may hinder the team’s progress.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote adherence to Agile best practices and Scrum guidelines.
• Track and report on team performance metrics and provide inferences.
• Serve as a liaison between project teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives.
• Maintain accurate project status and build reports and share with relevant stakeholders to provide visibility on project status and sprint health.
• 5+ years of overall experience with at least 2+ years of experience in project management in a product development environment.
• Strong knowledge of JIRA, excel and SharePoint.
• Proven experience in delivering projects using Agile frameworks such as Scrum.
• Scrum Master Certification (e.g., CSM, PSM I) or other relevant Agile certifications.
• Experience in a technical or software development environment.

Good to Have

• Experience managing Product release end to end (including production rollout & maintenance) is a plus.
• Gaming experience is a plus.
