Must Have

  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and reliable software systems (7+ years experience)
  • Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or C#
  • Hands-on experience building microservices on AWS or Azure
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI applications
  • Experience building RAG systems using frameworks like SemanticKernel or LangChain
  • Experience with Vector databases such as FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone, or Semantic Kernel
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or TeamCity
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies

Good to Have

  • Exposure to building Agentic AI systems using tools like SemanticKernel, Pydantic, or equivalent frameworks
  • Deep interest in exploring modern AI developer tools and being a regular user of AI coding assistants (Cursor, RooCode, GitHub Copilot, etc.)
  • Exposure to platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, LiteLLM, LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, and similar technologies

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Experimenting with emerging AI‑assisted engineering tools, LLM-based developer productivity solutions, and cloud services; sharing insights from real-world testing.
  • Building high‑quality, secure, scalable, and maintainable software solutions while balancing performance, availability, and engineering best practices.
  • Collaborating with teams to solve complex technical problems, contributing to design discussions and implementation strategies.
  • Developing robust, reusable components and services that integrate seamlessly with existing platforms and workflows.
  • Participating actively in code reviews, maintaining high coding standards, and contributing to documentation for knowledge sharing.
  • Working on cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and managing interdependencies effectively.
  • Continuously exploring new technologies, frameworks, and engineering accelerators to enhance team productivity.

Required Skills & Experience

We are interested in hearing from candidates who have:

  • 7+ years of experience designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and reliable software systems.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, or C#.
  • Hands-on experience building microservices on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI applications and how they can augment software engineering workflows.
  • Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems using frameworks like SemanticKernel, LangChain, or similar.
  • Experience with Vector databases such as FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone, or Semantic Kernel.
  • Exposure to building Agentic AI systems using tools like SemanticKernel, Pydantic, or equivalent frameworks (preferred).
  • A deep interest in exploring modern AI developer tools and being a regular user of AI coding assistants such as Cursor, RooCode, GitHub Copilot, etc.
  • Exposure to platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, LiteLLM, LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, and similar technologies.
