Senior Technology Project Manager

CyberArk is seeking a Senior Technology Project Manager to lead, plan, and coordinate cross-functional technical Post-Merger Integration (PMI) projects within R&D. The role involves establishing processes, tracking execution, managing risks and dependencies, and ensuring transparency for stakeholders. Candidates should have 7-10 years of R&D technical project management experience in an international software development organization, with a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies. The position requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a detail-oriented approach, and proficiency in English.

Must Have

• Lead, plan, and coordinate cross-functional technical PMI projects.

• B.Sc. in computer science or related discipline.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to push projects through.
• Detail-oriented, focused, reliable, highly organized.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

Good to Have

• Experience in PMI (Post-Merger Integration).
• An MBA or M.Sc.
• PMI/PMP certification.
• Hands-on experience with Confluence, Aha!, Jira, Monday, BI tools.
• Technical knowledge of CyberArk products or Cyber Security solutions.

Qualifications

• A B.Sc. in computer science or a related discipline
• At least 7-10 years of previous as R&D technical project management experience in an international software development organization
• Demonstrated experience working in an Agile development organization, preferably at scale
• Understanding of all Software Development Life Cycle and ability to clearly convey messages and statuses. You should feel equally comfortable discussing technical details with engineers as well as executive summary recaps with management
• Outstanding analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Can do attitude mindset, ability to push projects through
• Detail-oriented perspective be focused, reliable and highly organize
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
