Service Delivery Lead (Football) - South Korea

As the Service Delivery Lead for South Korea, you will lead the delivery of Hawk-Eye’s world-class technology in one of our most dynamic markets. This is a unique strategic role: working closely with clients and other 3rd parties to deliver our services, while being the custodian of the Hawk-Eye Guarantee. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of hardware and software assets, rigorous reporting, and managing the critical relationship between our third-party partners and our clients. Beyond Korean football, you will eventually expand your remit into high-profile continental competitions (AFC/FIFA) and help drive commercial growth in new sports like Horse Racing.

Must Have

• Manage and oversee third-party operators to ensure Hawk-Eye’s global standards.
• Responsible for lifecycle, maintenance, and deployment of Hawk-Eye hardware and software.
• Ensure all contractual obligations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues.
• Deliver weekly performance reports to internal stakeholders and external clients.
• Act as the bridge between Hawk-Eye’s global tech/project teams and local third-party provider.
• Proven ability to manage complex "tripartite" relationships (Client-Vendor-Provider).
• Strong technical grounding to manage sophisticated hardware/software ecosystems.
• Experience in live broadcast or high-pressure sports environments where "zero failure" is the standard.
• Comfortable using data to create weekly reports and identify long-term efficiency trends.
• Professional fluency in English (technical terminology).
• Professional fluency in Korean.
• Enterprising mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a satellite office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management & Quality Assurance

• Third-Party Oversight: Manage and oversee the relationship with third-party operators to ensure they meet Hawk-Eye’s global standards for technical delivery and professional conduct.
• Asset Management: Responsible for the lifecycle, maintenance, and deployment of Hawk-Eye hardware and software across South Korean venues.
• Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Ensure all contractual obligations and SLAs are met in full, proactively troubleshooting any technical or operational bottlenecks.
• Incident Management: Act as the primary escalation point for operational issues, minimizing impact on live broadcasts and briefing senior management.

Reporting & Communication

• Internal/External Reporting: Deliver weekly performance reports to both internal stakeholders and external clients, providing data-driven insights on system accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the bridge between Hawk-Eye’s global tech/project teams and the local third-party provider to implement software updates and new hardware deployments.

Strategic Growth & Business Planning

• Scale of Remit: Upon demonstrating local operational success, take on increasing responsibility for major international tournaments (AFC, FIFA) within the region.
• Commercial Expansion: Support the business development team in the sale and delivery of specialized equipment, specifically for the Horse Racing industry.
• Financial Accountability: Analyze the profitability of existing contracts and identify ways to streamline the operational model without compromising quality.

• Language Fluency: Required: Professional fluency in English (technical terminology) and Korean.
