Job Summary
This internship role involves contributing to the functional, power, performance, and electrical validation of silicon products. The intern will support debugging, performance analysis, and validation coverage to ensure product readiness and quality. Responsibilities may also include assisting in test automation, data analysis for validation metrics, and the development and implementation of validation infrastructure and test environments. As an intern, the individual will learn and apply knowledge, build skills, and explore future career opportunities through hands-on experience and projects supporting Intel's business goals in a collaborative environment.
Must Have
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechatronic or computer engineering
- Documented experience greater than 6 months in Python or C/C++ through courses, projects, or work experience
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- Unrestricted permanent right to work in Costa Rica
Good to Have
- Familiarity with Verilog/VHDL
- Familiarity with spice simulations
- Familiarity with lab equipment use

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mechatronic or Computer Engineering.
- Documented experience greater than 6 months in python or C/C++ though courses or projects or work experience.
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency in English.
- Must have unrestricted - permanent right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
- Familiarity with Verilog/VHDL, Familiarity with spice simulations, Familiarity with lab equipment use.
Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
