This role involves working closely with Micron Taiwan Operation and various supporting functions like Legal, Communications, Finance, Tax, BPP, TA, and Micron Foundation to achieve business goals. Key responsibilities include supporting VIP visitor communications, ensuring successful logistic arrangements for engagements, collaborating to enhance community relationships, and assisting Taiwan SLT initiatives for synergy across the region. The role also supports Public Affairs/Global Communication Management on public policy dynamics, government relations, and maintaining relationships with industry leaders, associations, and NGOs.

Must Have

• Work closely and build collaborative relations with Micron Taiwan Operation and related supporting functions (Legal, Communications, Finance, Tax, BPP, TA, and Micron Foundation, among others) to achieve business goals.
• Support key communication channels and material preparation for VIP visitors.
• Ensure logistic arrangement for internal and external engagements is successful.
• Collaborate with supporting teams to enhance Micron Taiwan community relationship.
• Support initiatives by Taiwan SLT to accelerate synergy across Taiwan (Sustainability, Great Place to Work, customer/supplier engagement etc.).
• Assist Public Affairs / Global Communication Management Taiwan team on public policy dynamics.
• Develop and maintain beneficial and proactive relationships with government agencies to sustain government support for our operations and growth.
• Develop, manage, and maintain relationship with leaders, trade/industry association, academic communities, and NGOs.
