Sr. Information Security Project Manager

This remote Senior Information Security Project Manager role involves leading complex global cybersecurity initiatives for a leading industry company. The 27-52 week contract focuses on planning, executing, and overseeing multiple security projects, coordinating stakeholder communication, developing comprehensive project plans, managing risks, and reporting progress. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IAM, reporting tools, and cybersecurity frameworks.

Must Have

• Lead planning, execution, and oversight of multiple concurrent security projects.
• Coordinate communication among diverse stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Assess and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
• Prepare progress reports and status updates for senior management.
• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience.
• At least 4 years dedicated to cybersecurity or information security projects.
• Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle processes.
• Working knowledge of SailPoint.
• Proficiency in reporting, dashboard development, and experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL, MS Project, Excel, Visio, and Jira.
• Solid understanding of cyber security, IT risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Prepare progress reports and status updates for senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to cybersecurity or information security projects.
• Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle processes, with working knowledge of SailPoint.
• Proficiency in reporting, dashboard development, and experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL, MS Project, Excel, Visio, and Jira.
