Job Summary

This Staff Engineer UPE role at Infineon in Samut Prakan, Thailand, involves setting up and ensuring readiness of new site transfer infra systems. Key responsibilities include managing WT systems, driving poke yoke for system issues, developing work instructions, and designing automation solutions to improve productivity. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related fields, five years of experience in automation engineering, and project management certification.

Must Have

  • Responsible for new site transfer infra systems setup and readiness.
  • Overall responsibility for WT system and issues related to cell controller (wafer map system), STDF, test program, recipes handling, data analysis tools etc.
  • To drive for poke yoke for any system related issues.
  • Prevent any unauthorize equipment recipe creation or data loss of test data, program and recipes.
  • Develop systems work instruction & manage training for operator, technician and engineer.
  • Design and develop systems to automate repetitive tasks and improving productivity and efficiency.
  • Analyze system requirements to create effective automation designs.
  • Collaborate with other engineering teams to integrate automated solutions seamlessly.
  • Execute thorough testing protocols to validate automation system functionality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing automation setups.
  • Continuously and update automation systems for efficiency.
  • Document processes and system configurations, enabling easier future modifications.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics, Software Engineering or related field.
  • Five years’ experience in automation engineering.
  • Certification in automation systems or related technologies.
  • Experience in project management.
