Must Have

  • Manage manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing and/or packaging.
  • Set production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume.
  • Plan and prepare manufacturing production schedules and departmental workflows to meet shipping dates.
  • Expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
  • Analyze plant capacity and production requisition data to determine manufacturing processes and required resources.
  • Prepare production reports.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, operations management, or related engineering fields.
  • Minimum of 5-year experience in production planning within semiconductor manufacturing environment.
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.
  • Good presentation skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Manages manufacturing and/or production operations including assembly, machinery, processing and/or packaging. Sets production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, materials supply, staffing resources, and volume required to meet demand and to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
  • Plans and prepares manufacturing production schedules and departmental workflows to establish sequence and lead time of each production operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders. Expedites operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions; includes estimating. Analyzes plant capacity and production requisition data to determine manufacturing processes and required resources; prepares production reports.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

1.Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration, operations management, or related engineering fields.

2.Minimum of 5-year experience in production planning within semiconductor manufacturing environment.

3.Good communication skills in English and Mandarin. Good presentation skills and interpersonal skills.

4.Strong data analytics and problem-solving skills.
